A: When our Service Writers have an extra moment in the day, they may clean your dash, put an air freshener in your vehicle and leave some candy. They also work hard at making specials during the month so you can benefit from the savings!
A: Each vehicle is given a full quality control inspection when it is completed to ensure that the problem the vehicle came in for is corrected and there are no other concerns to report. We also have a Shop Foreman that ensures each job is done properly. The safety of our customers is the most important.
A: B & D only employs experienced heavy equipment and automotive Techs. Currently, we have 2 Journeyman Heavy Equipment Techs, 3 Journeyman Automotive Service Techs and 2 Apprentice Heavy Equipment Techs with experience. They are always doing ongoing product and technical training to keep up with the demand of the industry.
A: Yes, they will provide free shuttle service to anyone locally.
A: It all depends on the size of the job, if the parts are readily available and if the Technician runs into any problems while performing the repair.
A: For any estimate to be accurate, a Technician must first see what needs to be done and report to the Service Writer of the exact repair required.
A: First of all, when your vehicle comes in for service, our professional automotive technicians perform a free visual inspection to see if your vehicle is in tip top shape. They will provide you with a report of the condition of your vehicle and any recommendations. Once your auto is in for repair, they have another Technician go over your vehicle to make sure that what your vehicle came in for, was repaired properly and that it leaves our shop in better condition that it came.
A: They have a customer lounge with coffee, hot chocolate and a water cooler. You can sit on their comfy couch and watch television. If you prefer to go uptown, they offer a free shuttle service
